Chef in da house

A trip to pulua ubin, with wq, yx, wl and me… took off at 1130am from my house to meet up with wq at bedok. took bus number 9 to changi village, half way thru yx and wl reach already. but when we reach the village they haven reach yet couldnt find a carpark slot..

Ate Lunch at the changi village hawker centre was so crowded with ppl ate fish soup beehoon, the others ate wanton noodle and beef noodle. Off we go to pulau ubin took the bum boat $2 per pax, it was a 5-10minutes journey apon reaching the weather was good shine all the way, was a good time to tan myself.. rented a full sub bike which was $8-9.. Off we go exploring the place

We went east 1st saw some animals, Monkey~, then we reach a hut so call a cold drink station where the ppl in pulau ubin will sell us drink so we went to find the boar name jack then we finally found it i was really big too bad my handphone couldnt take it he was hiding under shade couldnt take a pic and it stinks! haha =p look some pic of rabbits and guinea pigs. then we ride on reaching the start point where we rented the bikes then we headed north.. nothing much to see except muddy tracks and some mosquitoes biting us… saw some ppl at the beach taking a tan, took some pictures ( they are in the album Take ur time looking at it =D)

then we went east.. reacha junction where the sign put Warning OBS Area,No Trepassing.. haha but they decided to go in the tracks are dam rocky full of rocks have to get down to push for a while then we reached the obs area look some pics then decided to go back coz the time was like 5pm already i wouldnt want to get lost b4 the sun sets… i would get really bad tho if theres not light.. so we went back took the wrong path leading us back to the same junction we were uh oh but we continued  then we manage to get out of that area we were like "yea out of that place " tho we were gonna be lost haha.. headed back to the bike shop give the bikes back and start heading back. Our legs were like jellies like is gonna give way anytime.. then we headed to chomp chomp had our dinner and went back home haha.

19 march i went to work thinking was a goin to be a normal day for me, but i found out that i working with my boss my other 2 colleagues are not working. "OMG why m i working with the boss!? can she handle it i dont know" So in the morning 1130am start work ma i saw athejo , my colleague too but shes a part timer. got a function of 18pax from the body shop.. Then the boss came in at 1230pm then we went bz till 2pm had to do my mise en place (preparations) then she went off buying kuay tiao for us for lunch, after lunch i had nothing to do so i went to sit on the sofa then she came asking " u guys want coffee?" I was thinking " WTF is going on, it is too good to be true" we dont get this kind of treatment last time.. normally the boss will say "u know the restuarant is still open dont slp there…" we arnt slping we are just resting…. So it was totally unbelievable..   soon it was time for the night service was quiet so she went off making  garlic nan using pizza doughs and some chicken salad…

that day i was totally feeling king but this coming thursday 22/3 is another day with her.. sure kenna slam at night only me and her… oh god save me! ><

opps for the late update, been bz nowadays working everyday for 11hrs reach home tired and slp le,

anyway i got a new handphone k800i haha finally i changed my hp from nokia 8210..

work is as usual… boss nag nag nag now pamper us already always buy chicken rice till i want to puke… cant she/he buy something better besides chicken rice… now tell us "oh u are tired u can go into the storeroom and rest " 1st time i hear her saying that…

Boss call me up at 10am…told me that my salary up 1 dollar i was like errrr…. in my heart was like wtf… coz one of my kitchen fren quitted maybe that is why my boss up a dollar per hour… today was quiet but nothing to do is a killer to me sobs… Worst part was my boss ask me " u know how to peel squid a not?" i was wtf look down on me ar … dont know what to say man… seriously.. when i work soo hard the boss not ard… i do nothing the boss ard, then boss say u have to check the things in the chiller have a not if not need to top up…"

Being a cook in the kitchen these are the things u need to do what, no need to let ppl tell u what, unless u dont know how to do it … Dont know the boss has gone thru hotel job or any real kitchen work a not  told me " u know how to do crab stock a not? dont know must ask me then i tell u how to do it.. then a moment my boss go ask my collegue how to do crab stock." If u dont know how to make yet u want to teach ppl" This is the 1st time i see the boss like this.. still tell me " altho u are a part timer but i want u not to think as urself as a part-timer think urself as a full timer, and as for ur timetable make sure friday sat sun u are free"

wtf man if i m part timer i put LIFE>WORK. If i am a full timer i put WORK>life lo expect up a dollar big deal expect me to meet her requirements no way man i gonna do what i do last time. Seriously hopefully i can get a better job get the hell out of there…. >.<

woot i passed my advanced theory, didnt really study onto it, just practice safety can already.  Got my PDL , can learn driving this coming friday  weeeeee so happy haha

Was thinking going back to school tho.. goin to Temasek poly to study diploma in culinary and catering management.. after that i go to cia ( culinary institute of america) dont get the wrong "CIA".. study for another 1 and 1/2 yrs.. so i call up the course manager ytd ask them weather i can get in with a shatec dip. She say cannot.. was shocked tho, but she told me not to give up try it again towards the end of the year. Now waiting for my reply hopefully i can get it even it cost me to study 5yrs.. by the time i come old already 30 liaoz. =(… send my application in TP and my documents already hoping to get the reply after the deadline of the course at 9 march, roughly get it on the end of march wish me luck on this ^^

Went to my old secondary school for gathering tho, was excited, get to talk to old school mates. Alot of them Changed some remain the same, worst thing was i couldnt remember some of their names even my band members the girls couldnt remember haha i was soo bad huh? haha , btw i couldnt get pictures to show u guys, got no 3G handphone but i getting one soon. so keep a lookout for pic or recipes i might post here =D
